So I just put my TH350 back together stuffed full of ATI goodness.... did a full rebuild with new clutches, steels etc.... also put a full manual valvebody in it and deep sump pan. all my clearances are right checked them twice..... but...... after its all back together and I turn the input or output shaft it has a bit of a metal on metal sound coming from the back of the transmission..... the first thing that crossed my mind was.... did I leave out a thrust washer.... Ive went through both my manuals the ATSG and the Ron Sessions book and even went through the DVD that I bought again..... the only other thing that I thought of was when I reassembled it I put it all together with ATF instead of the petroleum jelly.... so if there's any transmission guys on here.... what are your thoughts...???
