frame notch steel thickness?

I have heard many sizes thrown around anyone have any ideas on what size to replace the cut frame rail steel with ..........1/8 1/4 ???? p.s. I will be adding coilovers with a crossbar and an antiroll bar for extra frame support, thanks everyone for any info!!!!!!!!

I just trimmed the original outside part and put it back in and used 1/8" at the ends.

I agree as the stock frame is barely .090" thick, so even .125" is on the overkill side, but much more reasonable than 1/4" thick.

On a side note: Did you get your body mounts and door handles? Everything satisfactory?
